Everyone is different, so my approach involves carefully considering your Bio-individuality, then working together to instill positive lifestyle changes that bring lasting results. Programmes last 1, 3, or 6 months, and session can be held in person, over the phone, or via Skype.
Group programmes can be organised for 5 to 15 people and are tailored to a specific topic (i.e. weight loss or food intolerance management). Group sessions can be held in person, over the phone, or via Skype.
